That the Committee of Adjustment confirm the agenda, as circulated.

That Committee of Adjustment adopt the minutes from the meeting of May 13, 2020, as circulated.

THAT minor variance(s) from the provisions of By-law No. 2010-001-ZO, as amended, BE AND IS/ARE HEREBY GRANTED to the above-noted property, said variance(s) to permit: i) A minimum exterior side yard setback of 2.0 metres, whereas the By-law requires a minimum front yard setback of 4.5 metres; ii) Maximum lot coverage to be 17%, whereas the By-law permits a maximum of 15%; and iii) An accessory building or structure to be located closer to a street than the main building on the lot, whereas the By-law does not permit an accessory building or structure to be located closer to a street than the main building on the lot, in conformity with the plan(s) attached to the Staff Report, subject to the following condition(s): a) Approval of a Grading Plan by the Town’s Engineering Department.

THAT the request to waive the application fee for the Minor Variance Application, File No. CA-20-11 at 90 Lakeview Avenue, IS HEREBY GRANTED.

THAT minor variance(s) from the provisions of By-law No. 2010-001-ZO, as amended, BE AND IS/ARE HEREBY GRANTED to the above-noted property, said variance(s) to permit a minimum westerly interior side yard setback of 2.98 metres, whereas Section 3.16 of the By-law requires a minimum westerly interior side yard setback of 3.17 metres, in conformity with the plan(s) attached to the Staff Report.
