That the Committee of Adjustment confirm the agenda, as amended.

That Consent Application File No. CA-22-52 and Minor Variance Application File No. CA-22-53, BE AND ARE HEREBY DEFFERRED.

THAT minor variances from the provisions of By-law No. 2010-001-ZO, as amended, BE AND ARE HEREBY GRANTED to permit the construction of a new single detached dwelling and accessory structure (swimming pool) in the ENV Zone and intrude into a Key Natural Heritage Feature, whereas Sections 3.18.4 i) and iii) requires there be no change in use and that such expansion does not intrude into a Key Natural Heritage Feature in the Oak Ridges Moraine, in conformity with the plan(s) attached to the Staff Report, subject to the following condition(s): 1. That the Applicant provide a Restoration Plan/Edge Management Plan and an updated Grading/Erosion and Sediment Control Plan to the satisfaction of the Town (and/or its peer reviewers such as the TRCA); and 2. That the Applicant pay a Review Fee of $120.00 to the TRCA.

That Minor Variance Application File No. CA-22-57, BE AND IS HEREBY DEFFERRED.

THAT minor variance from the provisions of By-law No. 2010-001-ZO, as amended, BE AND IS HEREBY GRANTED to permit the construction of a new single detached dwelling in the ENV zone, whereas Section 3.18.4 i) requires that construction not intrude into a Key Natural Heritage Feature within the Oak Ridges Moraine Plan Area, in conformity with the plan(s) attached to the Staff Report

THAT minor variance from the provisions of By-law No. 2010-001-ZO, as amended, BE AND IS HEREBY GRANTED to permit a maximum lot coverage of 20.8 percent whereas the by-law permits a maximum lot coverage of 15 percent., in conformity with the plan(s) attached to the Staff Report

THAT minor variance from the provisions of By-law No. 2010-001-ZO, as amended, BE AND IS HEREBY GRANTED to permit the construction of a one- storey addition to the existing single detached dwelling in the ENV Zone and intrude into a Key Natural Heritage Feature, whereas Sections 3.18.4 i) requires there be no change in use and that such expansions do not intrude into a Key Natural Heritage Feature in the Oak Ridges Moraine, in conformity with the plan(s) attached to the Staff Report

That Minor Variance Application File No. CA-23-04, BE AND IS HEREBY DEFFERRED.
