APP-2026-001 THAT the minutes of October 23, 2025, meeting of the Appeals Committee be approved.

APP-2026-002 That the Appeals Committee finds in relation to the muzzle order of dog "Yazholi", effective November 25th, 2025, date, issued to Yazhkovan Balazuntharam and Chandima Kurumbattilmani that the appeal be successful, in part. The remaining two muzzle orders and other conditions as issued to "Chandimal" and "Eelakon" of the same shall remain in effect.
