HAVING REGARD TO THE MATTER for an Order to Muzzle pursuant to Section 5(10) of Animal Services By-law 2019-047-RE, as amended, it is the decision of the Appeals Committee to confirm the Order to Muzzle for a period of not less than one year, with the recommendation that the order may be modified upon the completion of the Canadian Kennel Club Canine Good Neighbour Program, as outlined in Section 5(8) of By-law 2019-047-RE.
