Council Meeting

That Council confirm the agenda, as amended.

That Council adopt the minutes from the special meeting of Council on September 21, 2022 and regular meeting of Council on September 21, 2022, as circulated.

1) That Council approve the following staff report on the consent agenda and adopt the recommendation contained therein: Report No. CAO-015-22 Amend 2022 Council Meeting Schedule 1) That Council amend the 2022 Council Meeting Schedule to reschedule the November 9, 2022 Council Education and Training Session to November 28, 2022 at 1 p.m.

1) That Council receive Report No. CAO-016-22 for information.

1) That Council receive the correspondence from the Municipalities of Wasaga Beach, Huron Shores, Lucan Biddulph, Plympton-Wyoming, Adjala-Tosorontio, Gravenhurst, Thames Centre, and West Perth regarding Bill 3, Strong Mayors, Building Homes Act, 2022 for information.

That Council read the following By-laws a first, second, third time and passed: 2022-107-RD BEING A BY-LAW to provide for the numbering of buildings along highways and for affixing numbers to the buildings (5947 Main Street, formerly part of 5945 Main Street, Plan 65R-39965)

That Council read Confirmatory By-law 2022-108-MS a first, second and third time and passed.

That there being no further business, Council adjourn the meeting at 8:19 p.m.
