1) That Council declare 45 Innovator Avenue, being Part Block 6, Plan 65M-4142 designated as Part 1 on Plan 65R-33672, as surplus; and Page 2 of 3 Council Minutes December 13, 2021 2) That Council authorize Staff to sell 45 Innovator Avenue in accordance with By-law 2008-057-LA; and 3)That Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk, or the CAO, to sign all necessary documents relating to the sale, subject to any revisions made by the Town Solicitor.
