1) That the Committee has no objection to the request to demolish two existing single-storey structures to the rear of the main building at 6343 Main Street., which is listed on the Town’s Heritage Register and is not designated; with the recommendation to reuse brick units in a prominent part of the new design, salvage in concurrence with the CHIA of useable materials where possible, consider a facade true to the original design and creation of a photographic record together with Staff at the time of demolition; and 2) That staff take necessary action to give effect thereto.
