1) THAT the Heritage Advisory Committee has no objection to the request to demolish the property located at 3708 Vivian Road, which is listed on the Town’s Built Heritage Inventory and is not designated; and 2) THAT staff be present during demolition for photographic documentation of the property prior to, and during the demolition; and 3) THAT staff take necessary action to give effect thereto.
