Council Meeting

That Council confirm the agenda, as amended.

That Council adopt the minutes from the regular meeting of Council on October 19, 2021, as circulated.

1) That Council refer the delegation from Emma Wood regarding the Good Food Project to Staff for a report back to Council.

1) That Council approve the following staff reports on the consent agenda and adopt the recommendations contained therein: Report No. PW-019-21 Joint Contract Award – CRFT-2021-05 – Supply and Delivery of Granular Material (2022 – 2024) 1) That Council approve the joint contract award for Tender CRFT-2021-05 – Supply and Delivery of Granular Material to Rice Aggregates Limited for an estimated value of $307,650.00, excluding taxes, for a two (2) year term commencing April 1, 2022, and ending on March 31, 2024; and 2) That Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the necessary documents. Report No. FTS-022-21 Municipal Modernization Program Intake 2 - Transfer Payment Agreement (TPA) 1) That Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Transfer Payment Agreement between the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville and the Province of Ontario for the Municipal Modernization Program Intake 2, subject to revision by the Town Solicitor, as well as any other agreements or documents necessary to secure grant funding in support of the Town’s Customer Relationship Management System Implementation project. That Council read Confirmatory By-law 2021-106-MS a first, second and third time and passed.
