THAT minor variances from the provisions of By-law No. 2010-001-ZO, as amended, BE AND ARE HEREBY GRANTED to permit a minimum front yard setback of 6.5 meters whereas the by-law requires a minimum front yard setback of 7.5 meters, in conformity with the plan(s) attached to the Staff Report.

THAT minor variance from the provisions of By-law No. 2010-001-ZO, as amended, BE AND ARE HEREBY GRANTED to permit for the lands identified as Part 2 on the associated plan, a porch to encroach into the required rear yard by 3.9 meters whereas Section 3.22 of the by-law does not permit a porch to encroach into the required rear yard AND THAT in accordance with section 69(2) of the Planning Act application fees with respect to application file no. CA-22-16 be waived.
