Heritage Advisory Committee

That the Committee confirm the agenda, as amended.

That the Committee adopt the minutes from the meeting on July 31st, 2023, as circulated.

1) THAT the Heritage Advisory Committee receive the Listed Properties with Designation Potential, Outside the Community of Stouffville for information, and provided comments to staff.

1) THAT the Heritage Advisory Committee receive the Commemorative Plaque, Shaffer House – Update for information, and provided comments to staff.

Page 2 of 4 Heritage Advisory Committee Minutes November 6, 2023 1) That the Heritage Advisory Committee has no objection to the application for approval of a Historic Property Commemorative Plaque installation at 6699 Main Street, which is listed on the Town’s Heritage Register; and 2) That staff take necessary action to give effect thereto.

1) That the Heritage Advisory Committee has no objection to the application for approval of a Historic Property Commemorative Plaque installation at 6 Church Street South, which is listed on the Town’s Heritage Register; and 2) That staff take necessary action to give effect thereto.

1) That the Heritage Advisory Committee has no objection to the application for approval of a Historic Property Commemorative Plaque installation at 2 Wylie Lane, which is listed on the Town’s Heritage Register; and 2) That staff take necessary action to give effect thereto.

1) That the Heritage Advisory Committee has no objection to the application for approval of a Historic Property Commemorative Plaque installation at 102 Church Street North, which is listed on the Town’s Heritage Register; and 2) That staff take necessary action to give effect thereto.

That there being no further business, the Committee adjourn the meeting at 7:25 p.m.
