That Minor Variance Application CA-24-40, on behalf of Yan Bin Liang be Approved. Committee of Adjustment Minutes – October 9, 2024 Subject to the following Conditions 1. The following study is required to be submitted along with any future applications under the Planning Act, Building permit application, or before soil disturbance of any kind. Archaeological Assessment (Stage 1-2). Further stages (3-4) may be required dependent upon the results of this initial study. For the following reasons: 1. The general intent and purpose of the by-law will be maintained. 2. The general intent and purpose of the official plan will be maintained. 3. The requested variance(s) is/are desirable for the appropriate development of the subject lands. 4. The requested variance(s) is/are minor in nature.
