That the Committee of Adjustment adopt the minutes from the meeting of June 8, 2022, as circulated.

Opposition Joseph Bonura That PROVISIONAL CONSENT for Application File No. CA-22-19, BE AND IS HEREBY REFUSED; and That minor variance from the provisions of By-law No. 2010-001-ZO, as amended, for Application File No. CA-22-20, BE AND IS HEREBY REFUSED

That minor variance from the provisions of By-law No. 2010-001-ZO, as amended, BE AND IS HEREBY GRANTED to permit a minimum side yard setback (east) of 4.1 metres whereas the By-law requires a minimum side yard setback of 9 metres, in conformity with the plan(s) attached to the Staff Report.

That minor variance from the provisions of By-law No. 2010-001-ZO, as amended, BE AND IS HEREBY DEFFERRED.

Opposed Carin Bacher That minor variance from the provisions of By-law No. 2010-001-ZO, as amended, BE AND IS HEREBY GRANTED to permit a minimum side yard setback of 2.0 meters to an accessory building/structure whereas section 5.2 of the by-law Page 8 of 9 Committee of Adjustment Minutes July 13, 2022 requires a minimum side yard setback of 6 meters to an accessory structure, in conformity with the plan(s) attached to the Staff Report.

Opposed Carin Bacher That the Committee of Adjustment receive the update from the Manager, Development Planning for information.
