HAVING REGARD TO THE MATTERS pursuant to subsection 51(24) of the Planning Act, and the Decision issued by the Committee of Adjustment on July 17, 2019, it is the decision of the Committee of Adjustment that CHANGE OF CONDITIONS FOR PROVISIONAL CONSENT BE GIVEN subject to fulfilment of the following amended Condition No. 15: 15. That the Owner agrees in the Development Agreement to obtain confirmation from the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks of the detailed conditions under which the development of the lands can proceed.
