That the Committee of Adjustment adopt the minutes from the meeting of June 9, 2021, as amended to revise the wording for File No. CA-21-28 on page 5 of 6, with the following: The Chair asked if the applicant had seen the Staff Report and recommendation. Applicant wished to defer the application. He stated that the calculations on the site plan were incorrect and was aware of the costs for deferral.

THAT minor variance(s) from the provisions of By-law No. 2010-001-ZO, as amended, for File No. CA-21-24 BE AND IS HEREBY GRANTED to permit construction of accessory buildings and structures related to a single detached dwelling, within the Environmental (ENV) Zone, whereas it is prohibited under section 3.18.4 (iii) of the by-law.
