Heritage Advisory Committee

That the Committee confirm the agenda, as amended.

That the Committee adopt the minutes from the meeting on May 8th, 2023, as circulated.

1) That the Heritage Advisory Committee has no objection to the request to demolish the structure(s) and remove the property at 2125 Vandorf Sideroad, which is listed on the Town’s Heritage Register and is not designated; and 2) That staff take necessary action to give effect thereto.

1) That the Heritage Advisory Committee receive the Heritage Awards Update for information.

1) That the Heritage Advisory Committee has no objection to the application for approval of a Historic Property Commemorative Plaque installation at 3015 Bethesda Sideroad, which is listed on the Town’s Heritage Register; and 2) That staff take necessary action to give effect thereto.

1) That the Heritage Advisory Committee has no objection to the request to demolish the barn at 13291 Warden Avenue, which is listed on the Town’s Heritage Register and is not designated; and 2) That staff take necessary action to give effect thereto.

1) That the Heritage Advisory Committee receive the Patterson House Plaque Update, 6060 Main Street for information and provide comments on the proposed wording to Staff.

1) That the Heritage Advisory Committee receive the Official Plan Review Update, 3rd Draft Comments for information and provide comments to Staff.

1) That the Heritage Advisory Committee receive the Site Plan Application for 6461-6487 Main Street, File No. SPA21.031 for information and provide comments to Staff; and 2) That the Heritage Advisory Committee receive the Plaque Update for 6461-6487 Main Street for information and provide comments to Staff.

1) That the Heritage Advisory Committee receive the Built Heritage Inventory Review Update for information.

1) That the Heritage Advisory Committee receive the Heritage Conservation District Update for information and provide comments to Staff.

1) That the Heritage Advisory Committee defer to request to demolish the structure(s) at 4951 Aurora Road to a future meeting of the Heritage Advisory Committee in order for a current CHIA to be completed.
