1. That, in accordance with Section 44(8) of the Planning Act RSO 1990, as amended, Stephen Van Andel be appointed as Secretary-Treasurer of the Town of Stouffville Committee of Adjustment and Brandon Slopack be appointed Deputy Secretary-Treasurer of the Town of Stouffville Committee of Adjustment with the authority to issue certificates of consent (as prescribed under Section 53 of the Planning Act, RSO, 1990, as amended) and certificates of validation in respect of land described in the certificate, (as prescribed under Section 57 of the Planning Act, RSO, 1990, as amended), effective April 1, 2026.
