1) That Council receive the presentation by Meaghan Craven and Randall Roth regarding the Official Plan Review - Introductory Report, for information; and 2) That Council refer all public and agency comments pertaining this subject to staff for inclusion in a future report regarding the disposition of this matter.

1) That Council receive Report No. DS-033-19 for information; and 2) That Council endorse the Official Plan Review Communications Plan which outlines the community and stakeholder consultation and engagement approach to be undertaken throughout the Official Plan Review process; and 3) That Council endorse the Official Plan Review Planning Priorities which outline the preliminary planning principles and directions for guiding the Official Plan Review process; and 4) That Council direct staff to consider all comments received at the Special Meeting of Council and throughout the Official Plan Review process, and report back to Council as required; and 5) That Council direct staff to forward a copy of Report No. DS-033-19 to the Region of York for information.
