OM-2026-070 That the minutes of the March 11th meeting of Council be approved, as presented.

OM-2026-071 That Council receive and file the deputation of Brandon Gross, in relation to the By-law 2025-070-HU, being a by-law to regulate the discharge of Firearms and Bows in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville.

OM-2026-072 That Council approves items 8.1 through 8.4 inclusive and adopts the recommendations contained therein.

1. That Council receive report DS-007-26 and use the information contained herein to inform the consideration Site Plan Control By- law 2026-024-RE as denoted under item 11.1.

1. That Council approve the Water and Wastewater Financial Plan and Rate Study, as presented.

OM-2026-073 That By-laws, as listed under items 11.1 to 11.2, be introduced and read a first, second, and third time and be finally passed and that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same.

OM-2026-074 That Council recess into Closed Session to consider item 13.2 and 13.3 under the following exceptions, in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001:  239(2)(d) Labour relations or employee negotiations  239(2)(k) A position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations

OM-2026-075 That the Closed Meeting Minutes of March 11th, 2026, be approved, as circulated.

OM-2026-076 That Council authorize Staff to proceed as directed in Closed Meeting

OM-2026-077 That Council authorize Staff to proceed as directed in the Closed Meeting.

OM-2026-078 That Confirmatory By-law 2026-026-MS, be introduced and read a first, second, and third time and be finally passed and that the Mayor and Clerk do sign and seal the same.

OM-2026-079 That there being no further business, the meeting adjourn at 2:05 p.m.
