1) That Council authorize Staff to waive the conditions in favour of the Town in the Conditional Agreement of Purchase and Sale and finalize the acquisition of 4902 Aurora Road, 29 & 31 Ballyview Court in accordance with instructions given to Staff in closed session; and 2) That Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign all necessary documents and agreements for the purchase, development, and operation of the property, subject to any revisions made by the Town Solicitor.
