MAIN MOTION AS AMENDED: OM-2026-176 That Council enact By-law 2026-077-ZO being a By-law to amend the Town's Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2010-001-ZO by applying the Institutional (I) zone to a 1 (one) hectare portion of subject property; And That Council direct Staff to issue a Notice of Passing for By-law 2026-077-ZO in accordance with Section 34(18) of the Planning Act; That Council direct staff to bring forward the future Site Plan Control application for Council's consideration and approval prior to the approval of plans and drawings and issuance of Stie Plan Approval under Section 41 of the Planning Act and prior to the execution of the Site Plan Agreement between the Owner and the Town.
